JOB MISSION:

To manage the ongoing relationships and process with Accessories and Kids Apparel Licensees. Additionally assisting the wider EMEA Apparel Merch team with admin support

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Accessories and Kids Apparel Licensees

  • Working closely with global team on management of licensees and ranges on a seasonal basis

  • Working with licensees on segmentation and distribution topics

  • Manage EMEA forecasting at category level

  • Creation and management of range grids/ presentations

  • Manage and maintain the EMEA assortment info through the dedicated systems and documents.

  • Managing sample arrival/ organisation/ cataloguing etc. 

  • Responsible for update of pricing and margin analysis for relevant products, ensuring appropriate margin requirements are met.

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines to meet all merchandising milestones.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key members of the global and market teams.

Admin Support

  • Maintenance of seasonal boards/grids for wider merch team

  • Support with presentation building for key milestones

  • System accuracy maintenance & support

  • Managing sample arrival/ organisation/ cataloguing etc.

  • Style set up of SMU’s

  • Segmentation & pricing maintenance in seasonal documents

  • Hard launch tracking support

  • Support at key events where needed

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Relevant experience in either a merchandising/buying or product management role is preferable

  • Knowledgeable about global consumer trends and key brands/retailers

  • Presentation skills

  • Experience of working with internal ordering / finance systems

  • Highly organised and customer focused with a desire to succeed with a thriving brand.

  • Exceptional organisation, time & management skills.

  • Team player

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Able to travel to events.
