In short

As the Affiliate Marketing Senior Specialist, Americas (US, Canada, LATAM) you will support the Americas Performance Marketing team to drive growth of our DTC Ecommerce business in the region. You will manage all Affiliate partnerships including Editorial Publishers, Influencers, and traditional Affiliates and ensure a premium brand presence across all touchpoints.

Your mission

– Drive partner discovery & onboarding, partner engagement, tracking and optimization, and content monitoring across all Affiliate partners
– Scale our recently launched Influencer Affiliate program via recruitment, incentives, and content briefings
– Deliver performance updates and insights on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to internal teams
– Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Paid Social, Brand – Comms, Brand Partnerships, and Ambassador teams to deliver a cohesive strategy across marketing channels

Your story

– You have a proven track record of scaling Affiliate programs (including Influencers) for consumer-facing companies, including hands-on experience in Affiliate platforms such as Partnerize or similar
– You have a deep understanding of Social Media platforms (esp. Instagram and TikTok) and are familiar with the Content Creator landscape
– You have an analytical mindset, able to turn various data points into a cohesive narrative
You have excellent organizational skills, allowing you to track progress of projects and share updates with stakeholders effectively
– You are comfortable working on projects with cross-functional teams to deliver on shared goals
– You enjoy working on an entrepreneurial team and sharing ideas across functional boundaries
