OVERVIEW
Salomon is seeking an Email Coordinator to support the execution of the email marketing strategy for Salomon.com in North America. The Email Coordinator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of email campaigns, including email setup, deployment, and performance tracking. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering engaging email experiences to our customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:
- Collaborate on email marketing strategy and execution, including segmentation and content creation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies for innovation and optimization.
- Set up and deploy email campaigns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Build and maintain email templates and automated workflows.
- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in email or digital marketing, preferably in eCommerce.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and segmentation.
- Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to stay updated on industry trends.
