On is looking for a Group Consolidation and Reporting Lead. We are excited to offer this role to an experienced, critical thinking, problem-solving individual who will be responsible for the consolidation and reporting of our financials, ensuring transparency, accuracy and timely adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) that are compliant with the rules and regulations of the NYSE and the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC). This role will report directly to the Head of Group Reporting. Additionally, the individual will act as subject matter expert on IFRS and SEC topics, and support other company financial reporting initiatives.

Your mission

– Monthly consolidation of the financial statements in accordance with IFRS;
– Quarterly and annual financial reporting under IFRS and SEC rules and regulations, including all SEC forms (e.g. Form 6-k, 20-F);
– Monthly analysis of the company’s financial statements and results;
– Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) financial reporting controls;
– IFRS and SEC technical matter assessments and implementations;
– Key deliverables for Disclosure Committee and Audit Committee (e.g. financial reporting updates, MD&A, Audit Committee Deck, etc.);
– Consolidation and group reporting enhancements (e.g. policy, processes, and procedures), leveraging technology and liaising with other functions;
– Training on accounting and reporting policies and SEC rules and regulations;
– Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including controlling, global or regional teams, auditors, legal and SEC counsel, investor relations, SOX team, sustainability team and consultants.
– Lead exciting projects in an emerging environment

Your story

– Degree in Accounting or Finance; Qualified Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant (U.S. CPA a plus);
– 7+ years of relevant work experience in accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting of US listed companies or Foreign Private Issuers (FPIs) as part of a financial reporting team within industry for companies subject to SEC rules and regulations, or have been part of public accounting firms (Big4 or similar) as an auditor or consulting of US listed companies or FPIs. Otherwise, extensive experience with IFRS financial reporting for other listed organizations will also be considered.

– Driven individual who is committed to a high degree of accuracy and embracing continuous improvements by proposing better way of doing things
– Understanding stakeholder needs and requirements in a fast-changing environment with ability to deal with deadlines and delivering based on priorities
– Experience with Dynamics 365, Google Apps, Workiva and LucaNet is a plus
– Business proficiency in English
