Our Talent (HR) team is expanding to support On’s explosive growth and we are looking for an expert and leader as Internal Mobility Lead. We are looking for someone with an eye for efficiency and optimization, who thrives in a fast-paced environment on a global scale, and who is skilled at thinking outside the box. With your experience and leadership, you will bring the necessary expertise and guidance to the Internal Mobility team to creatively solve new challenges and deliver projects that move the needle.

Your Mission

Manage, coach and develop direct reports to ensure the right levels of capability and performance are in place to meet the business requirements.

Assess current mobility programs, practices and policies alongside the business needs; as well as tax, social and legislative changes with the goal of delivering high level services to our stakeholders.

Understand and facilitate the implementation of Global Mobility policies and guidelines and provide meaningful analysis to leadership for use in making decisions related to mobile talent. Have an operational understanding of key benefits such as incentive plans, equity programs, pension participation and severance plan.

Review complex scenarios for the planning of cross-border moves and support our stakeholders in complex mobility questions.

Manage the strategic business partnerships, program support and relationship with all external vendors and third parties to deliver quality benefits and services while controlling costs.
Your Story
-
Minimum of 6 or more years of experience in global mobility, preferably with exposure to a high–growth environment
-
Minimum of 3 or more years of experience in leading global mobility teams on an international level, with a few years of experience in cross-regional mobility

Experience in international assignments management, relocation, compensation & benefits, vendor management, payroll co-sourcing and equity programs

Knowledge of tax, social security and immigration principles and regulations across multiple geographies

Experience in managing the immigration requirements for foreign hires

Excellent organization and communication skills with great attention to detail, while managing concurrent high-priority initiatives

Strong analytical skills, with an ability to collect, manage and interpret data to inform decisions
