Your Mission:

  • This role will head up a team of Sales Representatives in the Germany North region at the world’s fastest-growing footwear brand
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales Germany & Luxembourg and sales, marketing and tech leadership in Germany to implement strategy for our selective and premium distribution by vertical (run, outdoor, all-day and tennis) and channel 
  • Establish & nurture strong relationships with most important regional retailers 
  • Be an integral part of business planning in line with regional and pan-EMEA strategic and annual plans along product, partner and geographic dimensions and ensure high quality financial forecasting during the year
  • Lead, support, and mentor a growing team to achieve personal and professional goals as part of the German leadership and Central European sales leadership team
  • Be a strong contributor / project team member for EMEA-wide initiatives 
  • Closely collaborate with German marketing and tech rep team as well as HD / Customer Service, Finance and Operations teams
  • Drive consumer-led and integrated market & regional plans and execution together with marketing, DTC and tech rep teams

Your Story:

  • 5+ years of sales management experience (Country Manager, Sales Manager, Key Account Manager etc.) within the footwear / fashion / consumer goods industry, leading a high performing team
  • Solid understanding of brand positioning and experience working with marketing / branding and DTC colleagues to bring the product to life across (sales) channels and touch points
  • Experience building and developing a successful brand in the footwear or apparel space
  • Love people and are always excited at the possibility to connect with someone new, developing new business relationships, building an amazing team, and supporting their development
  • Skilled at using data to improve decision making with the ability to convey existing knowledge to team and organization overall
