We are looking for a driven individual to help scale our Employer Branding activities globally and position us as an employer of choice. Operating somewhere between branding, communications, marketing and recruitment, employer branding works with all areas of our business to support rapid growth and showcase all of the amazing experiences and opportunities that exist within On.

Your Mission:

Design and execute our global strategy and value proposition working with the regional talent teams to research and map relevant audiences in EU, NA and APAC.

Build the connections to full leverage our in house marketing organisation to meet our hiring and Talent priorities

Identify talent attraction challenges and create digital strategies and campaigns to overcome them.

Partner with internal leaders and employees and empower them to create stories, videos and other compelling content to WOW potential candidates

Lead and project manage the rollout of recruitment marketing programs, oversee our events strategy and identify which external relationships with universities, media and other relevant groups we should pursue.

Partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team to bring our WOW candidate experience to life.
Your Story:

You have 5+ years experience in leading teams building innovative Employer Branding strategies to reach diverse audiences

You possess a deep understanding of recruitment processes and the ways that employer branding, social media and recruitment marketing can impact the candidate experience and deliver results.

You’re a compelling communicator with the ability to distill complex messages to be digestible and relevant to audiences.

You’re a true people person who thrives on fostering and maintaining collaborative relationships with colleagues across all functions and regions.

You use metrics and data to demonstrate success in growing a company's employer brand, and stay on top of industry changes and trends.

You are focussed on delivery with a result-orientated mindset
