Atomic is one of the leading manufacturers of wintersports equipment and part of the Amer Sports Corporation. To expand and strengthen our Regional Business Controlling Team Operations located at our head office in Altenmarkt in Pongau / Salzburg we are seeking at the earliest possible date

BUSINESS CONTROLLER WINTER SPORTS OPERATIONS (M/F/D)

In this position you will be a key business partner for the Operations management team. In close cooperation with the Business Controller Ski Overall you will prepare, analyse and cascade instructions and information with regards to financial planning and reporting to theteam to support the achievement of the ambitious goals of our production site in Altenmarkt.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as business controller covering all cost centers, investments, variances, and inventories related to ski production Altenmarkt

• Participate in the financial planning process in terms of budgeting and forecasting the corresponding cost-of-goods and asset lines

• Provide financial reports and analysis on variances, investments, and inventories

• Support the monthly, quarterly, year-end closing & reporting process and provide deeper financial analysis

• Development and implementation of standards in reporting and controlling

YOUR PROFILE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business (or equivalent)

• 1- 3 years’ work experience in finance (business controlling, financial planning, and analysis)

• Strong analytic capabilities and ability to link finance with process/production measures

• Strong communication skills and ability to understand and explain financial and process interactions

• Proficient in MS Office with a special focus on Excel

• Knowledge in SAP R3, Oracle/FCCS skills as a plus

• Fluent communication skills in German and English

• Team player with a pro-active and collaborative working style

Compensation for this position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the wood processing industry. Depending on your personal qualifications and vocational experience, we offer an appropriate payment in excess thereof for this highly responsible activity and opportunities for development in a globally active group of companies.
