TNF EMEA is looking for an exceptional Digital Self-Service Tool Specialist to join our Marketplace/Multichannel Operations team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

How You Will Make a Difference:

Working in the European Multichannel Operations team of The North Face, the Digital Self-Service Tool Specialist will support the activation and setup of all the sales tools with the overall aim to achieve sales and business plans in line with the Brand Strategic direction and the Brand GTM timeline.

The Digital Self-Service Tool Specialist will configure and maintain self-service platforms & portal, as well as other order entry tools and the digital catalogue, to ensure sales and GTM timelines are met. He/She will closely work with Digital Technology Team, Marketing, Merchandising, Marketplace Operations, Customer Service and Supply Chain departments to ensure all relevant contents and informations are uploaded and maintained in SAP and aligned with x-functional processes to maximize customer’s user experience in the sell-in journey.

The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, tech savvy, have a good understanding of business processes in a fast paced, growing and international company. Experience and knowledge of the Outdoor, Sporting Goods or Fashion industry is a plus. The North Face is looking for a detail oriented and ambitious self starter, who can manage and prioritize his/her own workload, enjoys working on a wide variety of projects, with a  service-minded approach, able to interact and communicate with stakeholders at all levels within different departments and that can quickly adapt to shifting goals and priorities.

Primary Accountabilities

Support the setup, maintenance and coordination of Self-Service Platforms:
  • Seasonal calendar coordination
  • Sales campaign content setup
  • Digital content coordination
  • Customer data configuration
  • Customer communication setup
Setup, maintain and optimize digital order intake tools:
  • Seasonal calendar coordination
  • Sales campaign content and digital catalogue setup
  • Sales rep configuration
  • TBD/MO order entry setup
  • Sales Force Communication
  • Product seasonal content gathering
VF Portal Coordination:
  • Setup and coordinate the VF customer portal
  • Users access configuration
  • Content management in coordination with Marketing department: Images, Videos, News, Calendar 

Skills for Success

  • Education: University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Management Engineering, Management/Economics, Computer Science
  • Experience: minimum 2 years in a similar role and/or in Sales Operations and/or digital environments (i.e. e-commerce)
  • Language skills: Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Analytical / Technical skills: Solid knowledge of Excel, good knowledge in Computer Science. SAP, B2B, order entry tools and e-commerce platforms knowledge would be a plus
  • Results and goal oriented
  • Capable to understand complex processes, to combine multiple tasks and to work with tight deadlines
  • Great in building relationship with various departments and strong communication skills
