Retail Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role is based in Shanghai, China.

Your Mission:

• Take full ownership of our retail recruiting strategy across China team at On from store advisors, lead store advisors, assistant store leaders and store leaders across Beijing, Chengdu, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

• Manage end-to-end recruiting including market research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, vendors, offer negotiations & acceptance
• Partner strategically with retail operations hiring managers to set expectations and develop interview processes that lead to exceptional hires
• Create, implement, and improve upon existing programs and processes whilst developing innovative strategies to find talented, passionate people across various platforms and channels
• Utilize Greenhouse reports, dashboards, and other tools and data to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and analyze results
• Manage your pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for them within On

Your Story:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting in retail-related company with full ownership of store level recruitment
• History of collaborating successfully with functional leaders
• Experience working on high volume, tight deadlines hiring for store openings
• Ability to utilize data to influence the business and backup recruiting goals and projections
• Consistently delivering the “wow” / positive experience to candidates
