Marketing Specialist

At a Glance:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join the China Marketing Team. You’ll be part of local GTM and campaign roll-out, partnering closely with both local team and the team sitting in our Headquarter in Zurich, bringing the On mission to life and shape the future of run culture in China together with cross-functional experts.

Your Team:

We’re the friend who shows you where to find city adventures, the run crew captain who won’t let you slow into the finish, the trail runner who pushes you to the summit to soak up the sunrise. We love getting to know our community and finding out what they want and need. We’re always looking for new, interesting ways to communicate our products – so if you have an idea that could be our new secret weapon, speak up and run with it (literally)!

Your Mission:

• Be a part of campaign roll-out strategy and the year-round action plan development and execution in close collaboration with different marketing segments based on GTM roadmap to strengthen the brand positioning and awareness.
• Project manage campaign details from beginning to end, integrating and executing the global campaign vision on a regional scale.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and the evolving analytics landscape.
• Monitor and report performance of campaigns.

Your Story:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience, previous experience in integrated marketing is preferred.
• You are digitally savvy, often inspired by latest innovative marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of brand story-telling and how to bring this to life.
• Strong communications skill and multi-task handling skill in a dynamic working environment.
• Incredible attention to detail and intolerance for errors.
• A true team player, you understand the importance of collaborations and compromises.
• You are hands-on, you make things happen and you are able to deliver end to end.
• Fluent in English besides Mandarin.
