  • You are responsible for the global collection management (apparel / accessories / equipment) of namuk and shape namuk’s product vision together with the founder.
  • You will work closely with Design, Development, Operations, Marketing and Sales to develop products and collections that fit the brand and meet the needs of our customers.
  • You will manage product launches, provide operational and technical support to our marketing and sales teams, and ensure go-to-market plans are met.
  • You develop product specifications and assortment definitions and are responsible for ensuring that all base product data is correctly available internally.
  • You continuously inform yourself about new trends and innovations and ensure that our assortment is future-oriented and industry-leading. You also attend trade fairs and conferences.
  • You act as a link to our suppliers and producers and make sure that we are as efficient as possible in terms of pricing/margins and that we reach our goals.
  • You are willing to develop and grow into product team leadership, both in terms of processes (including digitization/implementation of systems) and people development.

Your profile

  • Deep understanding of the premium lifestyle and outdoor market with a clear focus on sustainability. Passion for the outdoors and/or fashion industry, affinity for design.
  • Demonstrated strength in project management and ability to manage complex projects, meet key timelines and deadlines, and own processes through from start to finish.
  • A business and/or textile engineering degree and 5+ years of industry experience in global product management or collection development

    You are used to working conceptually and have a very good command of written and spoken English.
  • Digital readiness: You are familiar with MS Office programs/Google Drive, editing a techpack in Illustrator and filling out a BoM is no problem for you. You are motivated on driving digitisation in the product team including the introduction of a PLM.
  • You have very high quality standards in your daily work, work precisely, have a keen eye for detail and maintain a good overview even in hectic times.
  • You like to take on a lot of responsibility from day 1, work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset and are motivated to further develop the product team.
  • You are open-minded, able to work under pressure, committed and communicative and enjoy working in a small team.
