Let’s talk about the role!

As a Sales Analyst for EMEA region, you are responsible for supporting the Sales force and coordinating processes and activities in line with the brand strategy, achieving Sales targets and business objectives, for the top favourite Gen-Z and Millennials brands Eastpak, JanSport and Kipling.

You will be joining our Sales Operations team based in Antwerp, Belgium. The contract is 1 year temp.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Creates insightful reports that assist in determining sales potential and provide recommendations.

  • Support the Sales Ops Manager in the preparation of Go-To-Market meetings, providing data & detailed analysis related to the performance of every country and channel.

  • Coordinate across department the creation and set-up of new season in the system.

  • Maintain and update articles master data (in SAP).

  • Collaborate with cross functional departments to get an overarching understanding of the business activities / tasks.

  • Dispute Management: Monitor weekly dispute report and follow up with Dispute team, Credit & Customer Service to manage the disputes for the region.

  • Expand your data visualization skills by creating new metrics, building out new processes, and validating data.

  • Contribute to sales presentations creation.

  • Assist the team in maintaining the Task Calendar.

  • Write and review the standard operating procedures.

Skills for Success

You should be a self-starter that thrive on accuracy and problem solving multi taskers with a keen ability to prioritize and follow up. You are an excellent communicator with a networking mindset. On top of this you have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar analytical role

  • A University bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics or Math is nice to have but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements in customer service, sales operations, order management, field logistics or related fields

  • Fluent English (both written and spoken)

  • You will have strong customer service skills in a similar environment

  • Proven experience managing reports, optimizing processes 

  • Process excellence and ability to create SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Prior knowledge of SAP is helpful

  • Excellent time management and ability to work under timeline pressure
