If this speaks to you, we have an exciting opportunity waiting. Our team is looking for a dynamic new team member to own the Trade Marketing Team plans with Austrian Accounts based in Salzburg. You will work very closely with the Austrian Marketing Lead and Sales Team, ensuring seamless planning and executions of all B2B brand initiatives. You will help find opportunities with dealers to manifest brand positioning and increase sellout – managing projects from brief through to execution.

Your Mission:

  • Your mission is to grow the brand and sharpen our performance positioning at our Key Account retail partners working across our three verticals; Performance Running, Outdoor and All Day

  • You will be the contact person for marketing related matters, acting cross-functionally as the interface between our Key Account retail partners and various departments at On, e.g. sales, operations, trade design, events, etc

  • Working closely with our sales team, you will support sell-ins with brand and campaign-related marketing initiatives to create an account specific seasonal GTM including all online and offline touch points

  • You will own the retail consumer journey and GTM roadmap for dedicated Austrian Key Accounts and be the accounts marketing contact person

  • You will develop impactful 360° brand experiences while ensuring that everything we do takes the customer-centric lens, is forward-looking and leverages consumer insights

Your Story:

  • You are passionate about the On journey and eager to join the team 

  • You bring minimum 2-3 years experience in omnichannel retail / trade marketing or brand activation, and bring a digital first mindset

  • You are familiar with the retail industry and understand the challenges, opportunities and needs of this industry (multi-channel) with retail or brand marketing experience

  • You are a self-starter with a hands on mentality, solution-oriented and have an organised way of working that enables you to stay on top of your projects in a fast-paced environment

  • You are design orientated, think creatively and have an understanding of brand building

  • Your work is characterized by diligence and detail orientation which enables you to switch flexibly between the specific task structure and the bigger picture of your projects

  • You enjoy cross-functional communication and cooperation with other departments as well as external partners – you are a natural networker that likes to pitch their ideas to others

  • You like being out on the road, visiting our partners – with 30% of your working time away from the desk

  • Full Professional German and Professional Working English are necessary for this role
