Your Mission:
- This role will head up a growing team of Senior Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, Sales, and Technical Representatives in Germany and Luxembourg at the world’s fastest-growing footwear brand
- Work closely with the Head of Sales Central Europe to implement overall strategy for our selective and premium distribution by vertical (run, outdoor, all-day and tennis) and channel (building bottom’s up door lists / distribution plans)
- Establish & nurture strong relationship with the top-level management of the key accounts and important regional retailers and relevant buying groups (national offices)
- Have a vision exceeding “business as usual” and be the driving force to make it happen. Develop best in class business and forecasting plans to support business goals
- Closely collaborate with EU Vertical Sales Leads, and horizontal functions within EMEA and Global Organization to align strategic directions with local market requirements (bi-lateral)
- Drive consumer-led and integrated market plans and execution together with marketing, DTC and tech rep teams
- Lead, support, and mentor a growing team to achieve personal and professional goals as part of the European Sales Management
Your Story:
- 7+ years of sales management experience (Country Manager, Sales Manager, Key Account Manager etc.) within the footwear / fashion / consumer goods industry, leading a high performing team
- Solid understanding of brand positioning and experience working with marketing / branding heads to bring the product to life across (sales) channels and touch points
- Experience working closely with key accounts / department stores and speciality stores with a solid understanding of business requirements
- Experience building and developing a successful brand in the footwear or apparel space
- Love people and are always excited at the possibility to connect with someone new, developing new business relationships, building an amazing team, and supporting their development
- An analytics expert pro-actively engaging with data to find the best insights
