DESCRIZIONE DELLA POSIZIONE:

Come Store Manager (m/f) sarai responsabile della selezione e della creazione di un team altamente performante in grado di guidare e ispirare i nostri consumatori, per raggiungere gli obiettivi del Net Promoter Score, superare le vendite previste, monitorare le spese e supervisionare tutti gli aspetti operativi dell’attività.

 

  • Garantire che il negozio raggiunga i propri obiettivi di vendita e le linee guida del brand siano ben eseguite
  • Mantenere un servizio clienti di livello internazionale e migliorare l’esperienza del brand nel negozio
  • Offrire l’eccellenza operativa attraverso una gestione efficace del team
  • Motivare e ispirare il team offrendo una visione e una missione convincenti
  • Garantire che gli obiettivi vengano superati attraverso un’adeguata pianificazione, formazione del personale, lavorando a stretto contatto con il team di magazzino e monitorando le spese

GENERAL PURPOSE:

The Store Manager is responsible for recruiting and building a high performing team able to educate and inspire our consumers. He/she is also responsible for achieving NPS targets, exceeding budgeted sales, monitoring expenses and overseeing all operational aspects of the business.

He/she will spend at least 70% of the time on the shop floor serving the customers and training, coaching and driving the team.

  • Ensure that the shop achieves its sales targets and brand guidelines are well executed
  • Maintain world-class customer service and enhance the brand experience in the shop
  • Deliver operational excellence through effective team management
  • Motivate and inspire the team by delivering a compelling vision and mission
  • Ensure targets are exceeded through proper planning, staff training, working closely with the warehouse team and monitoring expenditure

 

Qualifications

IL TUO PROFILO:

  • Hai almeno 2 anni di esperienza manageriale nel retail, preferibilmente nel settore dello sport
  • Hai esperienza nel servizio clienti e hai l’ambizione di offrire la migliore esperienza di vendita
  • Hai un elevato livello di conoscenza dei social media e delle tendenze digitali
  • Hai la capacità di analizzare le tendenze del business e i report per guidare le vendite
  • Sei appassionato del settore sportivo
  • Hai un buon livello di inglese
  • Hai una buona padronanza di MS Office

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience leading a Retail store team in a management role

  • Takes pride in their store, loves interacting with customers

  • Passionate about the sport industry

  • Ambitious to provide best in class retail experience and willing to take part in regional / cross district projects

  • Self-confident, self-motivated and team player. He/she takes responsibility and ownership of all store related matters

  • Excellent understanding of the local retail environment

  • Good communicator and networker with community and other stores/organizations

  • Digitally savvy

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays

  • Leveraging the brand service culture and customer experience

 

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Customer service experience with excellent customer service skills
  • Strong command of local language and English
  • PC literate, able to manage & learn new systems, Excel and Word proficient; good command of MS Office is an advantage
  • Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales and people leadership and management
  • Strong recruitment skills, hiring and inspiring retail teams who are brand fit
  • Able to delegate tasks and resources, build trust in the team
  • Great spirit of accountability and commitment
  • He/she enables teamwork and personal growth
  •  Ability to analyse business trends and reports to drive sales
  • Proven coaching success
  • Experience in training retail teams to sell and provide seamless, exceptional brand experience in store through physical and digital tools
