EMEA Visual Merchandiser

At a Glance

Support the most exciting and fastest-growing global sports brand with their own retail store and wholesale doors. In this position, you will be among the first hires of the Regional Visual Merchandising Team. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Visual Merchandiser with expertise in product visual Merchandising and styling, to build and maintain our Regional VM Standard.

You will be responsible for helping to enhance our brand aesthetic and create a memorable customer shopping experience by executing and maintaining In-store and Window displays.

Your Team

We are a Brand Experience team consisting of Architects, Interior designers, Producers, Production specialists, Event organisers and Visual merchandisers covering topics related to our own retail, wholesale and Franchise at On.

Our goal is to deliver a premium and innovative experience to our customers across the globe.

Your Mission

• Report directly to EMEA VM Lead

• Support EMEA VM Lead, collaborate with Architects, Campaign Designers, Story-telling Designer and Retail operation team, on new retail store / Shop-in-Shop opening

• Collaborate with regional merchandiser, on Seasonal Products buying and Product launch schedule

• Work closely with EMEA Regional marketing team, provide support during seasonal campaign launch

• Partner with VM designer, to manage seasonal VM training. Coach area VM(s) / store-line staffs to ensure that Creative meets Business needs

• Build strong and efficient partnership with HQ Brand Experience team, contribute to building 360 consumer experience, via store zoning, with clear Campaign planning, Story-telling tools positioning and VM

• Visit relevant markets to provide support in Visual Merchandising implementation

• Strong fashion affinity and knowledge/awareness of the retail industry

• Ability to combine creative thinking with strategic planning and execution

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Strong project management skills

• Interest to work in an international and diverse team and set up to work in interaction with various cultures

• Ability to manage and multi-task between projects and work streams

• Ability to be self-reliant and comfortable with decision-making.

Your Story

• Minimum 4 years proven work experience as Visual Merchandiser

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (in English), with direct reports and peers

• Must be proficient with all MAC / PC platforms, Adobe and Office

• Practical skills for supporting window / in-store and event installations

• Passion and interest in sustainability and circular business model initiatives

• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail, passion and interest in art, design and fashion.
