This role is a unique opportunity to lead the brand and marketing in Paris – creating energy and heat with activation that fuses performance with fashion and translates our Running and Outdoor roots in a way culturally relevant to a wider audience. Connecting with communities, driving brand awareness, excitement, demand and ultimately shaping the future of run culture in the city. You will play a key role in developing and delivering our Paris 2024 plan – positioning the brand at the heart of the running community and creating a lasting legacy.

Your Mission:

Collaborate with the Local and Regional Marketing and Sales teams to develop the go-to-market plan and Paris Key City strategic plan.

Execute consumer marketing initiatives within the City – aligning with the Pan-EU strategy across Performance Running, Performance All Day and Performance Outdoor verticals.

Drive brand awareness – work closely with new and existing partners to deliver the best in class partner campaigns and initiatives

Bring to life our brand mission through a locally relevant lens – igniting the human spirit through movement – staying true to our brand DNA and running culture.

Establish authentic brand partnerships and relationships to ensure the brand is authentically connected, and positioned within the city.

Entice the consumer via a deep affinity with the local culture and community in Paris, providing relevant insights and trends to the business
Your Story:

You have 5 years of experience in a brand focused marketing role – either within agency or in-house

You know the city of Paris inside and out – you are well connected with a holistic consumer understanding of the city.

You bring a mix of brand marketing skills across brand development, brand strategy, brand direction, and brand storytelling.

You have experience building and executing trend relevant and consumer centric go-to-market strategies

You have a close affinity with running and sports communities within the city

You are familiar with the lifestyle fashion world, are business development savvy, and understand the cultural impact fashion has on communities.

You are a strong communicator and relationship builder – working as part of a cross-functional team.

You have project management expertise that enables you to drive campaigns, product drops and activations within the city.

You are fluent in French and English
