The Key Account Manager is the main point of contact for assigned major accounts. This position will work in an environment where ideas happen quickly and will hold high levels of responsibility. You will work in the field representing the brand in the designated regions and other strategic areas. This is a great opportunity for an energetic, strategic, customer-focused entrepreneur to help shape, build and support On's growth in the United States.

Your Mission:

  • Develop and lead brand and partnership strategies for On and account 
  • Leads and participates within internal strategic discussions with designated key accounts
  • Consistently analyzes profitability with key accounts and develops appropriate action plans
  • Maintains and owns sales results, budgets and outcomes
  • Manage account forecasting, budgets and plans
  • Develop deep understanding and knowledge of account, their strategy, customer and market to champion an aligned mission internally and externally
  • Expands relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives with a focus on strategic brand building and marketing
  • Work with marketing teams to create go-to-market plans to support On’s launch goals in combination with our key partners.
  • Partners with key internal stakeholders to build the business and relationship
  • Drives digital outcomes through deep understanding of the account's digital strategy, channel and opportunities
  • Serves as liaison between key customers and internal teams on products, customer, marketplace, channel and competition
  • Other duties as needed

Your Story:

  • You've got at least 5+ years' experience in sales/marketing/buying in a commercial role and have loved every minute of it
  • You've worked with a large retailer or global sportswear / lifestyle / fashion brand 
  • You bring digital and e-com experience to take On’s customer journey to the next level with your key accounts, online as well as offline
  • You have expertise in sales strategy and providing solutions based on joint partner needs
  • A true critical thinker, you’re open minded, logical, and really understand the importance of data when it comes to decision making and problem solving
  • You enjoy dealing with complex challenges and your analytical skills form the base for you to create strategies to achieve your objectives
  • You know that successful negotiation is all about ensuring that everyone gets a good deal – not who wins or loses
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time; travel percentage will fluctuate based on business needs
