We are excited to offer the position of Sales Representative Running Specialty to an entrepreneurial member of our growing On Japan team.

Together with our accounts, On wants to inspire runners and sports enthusiasts all over Japan.
You will work closely with not only our Sales team but also Marketing and the Happiness Delivery team in Japan. You will become a true partner to the top running, sports goods stores, focusing on positive results.
Our office is located in Yokohama, Japan.
- Plan and execute annual sales and promotion plans based on analysis of client sales
- Analyze client's sales, inventory, and store status, and make appropriate delivery proposals
- Creating and executing short(annual) and long range (5 years) business plan and align with accounts.
- Lead and make a preparation for sell-in meeting and monthly business meeting.
- Communicate smoothly with clients and On Japan team.
- Expansion of On brand recognition together with marketing team.
- More than 3 years of experience working at sports industry, or around 3 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
- You relish the challenge of developing business with the existing customer base as well as creating new opportunities for growth.
- You are self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively unsupervised as well as being able to collaborate and contribute positively to the Japan Team when required.
- It is desirable to have excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate smooth negotiations with customers.
- Well versed with Excel for Data analysis
- Native in Japanese, Business level English is preferred
