Packs EMEA (Eastpak & Kipling) is looking for an exceptional Ecommerce Projects & Operations Manager to join our Digital team based in Antwerp, Belgium reporting to the Digital Customer Experience Senior Manager.

Let’s talk about the role! 

As Ecommerce Projects & Operations Manager for Packs EMEA you will ensure the end-to-end consumer experience of the Eastpak, and Kipling websites is running efficiently and effectively.

Always striving for operational excellence, you will partner with brand and central digital technology teams to identify and implement optimizations to ensure our customers are provided with the best online shopping experience.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Oversee Ecom Operations and Projects for Eastpak and Kipling

  • Coach and manage the Ecommerce Operations Coordinator

  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role forms the key link between the Ecom business team and DC, Customer services, logistics, legal, platform support and development teams.

  • Project management; aligning stakeholder needs, enabling tracking, reporting and securing on-time delivery

  • Work closely with central team on development pipeline & backlog, to ensure delivery of enhancements is in line with business needs.

  • Optimize operational processes across the brands to ensure efficiency, alignment and excellence for consumer experience. 

  • Identify and drive platform enhancements across the customer purchase journey. Work closely with CX team to understand user behaviour and pain points in need of improvement.

  • Support with creating of Ecom development roadmap and project demand ideation

  • Work with CX team to improve and maintain customer self service area's of the website

  • Collaborate with central teams to manage external vendor relationships (eg. payment providers, product Personalisation)

  • Track and report on Operational KPIs, including Returns and cancellation rates, delivery SLA, payment methods

Skills for Success

You should be Digitally savvy team player, eager to learn new technology solutions and practices in this continuously evolving field, with;

  • 3-4 Years’ experience in Ecommerce and/or project management with keen interest in both areas

  • Experience with e-Commerce platforms would be an asset (Magento, salesforce, etc.)

  • Ability to foresee online user journey complexities and suggest improvements to ensure smooth shopping experience

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; the ability to multitask and balance competing priorities

  • Proficient in using Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Aptitude for thorough, repetitive testing processes.

  • Clear communications skills: ability to translate technical/complex specifications into easily understood wording and vice versa

  • Ability to stay calm and positive when priorities change or in situations that require quick issue resolution, response and troubleshooting

  • A team player, sharing skills and ideas to ensure the best outcome for business and the team

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Problem-solving and solution-oriented attitude

A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
