At a Glance:
As Head of Brand Comms EMEA you will play an integral role in extending global campaigns to the EMEA region, crafting local stories, campaigns and storytelling across multiple channels. This is a newly formed position – you will create and lead a talented, high performing team of Brand PR, Sports Marketing, Copywriters, Social and Influencer Marketing Leads to shape and grow the On brand in the EMEA region. Across all aspects of this team is the pursuit of compelling stories that resonate on a local level as part of a seamless integrated consumer journey. In close collaboration with the Global and Regional Marketing Leads you will help us craft channel specific responses to our regional priorities and briefs.

Your Mission:

As Head of Brand Comms EMEA you will take charge of the regional editorial roadmap and content planning

You will apply a strong creative and local view on Global stories, craft compelling local stories and arrange the content rollout through multiple channels

You will coordinate the collaboration of storytelling through our full EMEA Marketing team

You will plan regional editorial topics around our key initiatives such as product launches, events and sporting moments whilst adding a rich content layer to the many topics

You will have a deep understanding of our communities; how they get inspired and influenced

You will lead discussions with outside channels and editorial partnerships to boost content engagement and community reach within the region
Your Story:

You have 5 years of experience in a leadership role and have established and led diverse high performing teams

You have a content or editorial background either agency or in-house
-
The craft of a great story is something you instinctively understand and the challenge of seeking out compelling topics is part of your passion

You are a digital native and understand the reach of social and online distribution through own brand and partnership channels

Experience in multiplying a brands content engagement

You are able to to synthesis information effectively, join the dots and bring together multiple disciplines

Fluent in English and additional fluency in German would be desirable
