This is your opportunity to become a core part of On’s International Retail Operations Team and take on the role of D365 Retail Operations Specialist for our European, North American and Asia-Pacific markets. From our Berlin office, you will be in constant sync and direct collaboration with our retail store teams around the world to ensure efficient and effective day to day operations. You will work across a wide range of tasks ranging from supervising inventory operations (inbound, outbound, stock counting) to master data management and reporting in collaboration with other departments (e.g. controlling). This role requires not only excellent knowledge in D365 for Commerce but also an agile yet structured and solution-oriented mindset as priorities shift quickly in our company’s fast paced environment. 

Your Team

On’s high performance Retail Operations and Omni Channel Team is operating in a close partnership with a variety of other departments at the forefront of our global retail expansion. You will work in a cross functional environment, collaborating with internal stakeholders especially with our store (tech) teams as well as across various HQ departments (e.g. finance, controlling, logistics) as well as external partners and agencies throughout multiple regions.

Your Mission

  • Plan, supervise and maintain a variety of retail operations processes from a system perspective, including for example stock counts, inventory write offs and transfer orders in collaboration with regional store teams

  • Drive effectiveness of operational systems and their impact on retail related processes by gathering feedback from relevant stakeholders and designing improvement requirements 

  • Maintain and update retail related master data (e.g. product releases, price adjustments, etc)

  • Monitor, review and validate store related data and processes including, but not limited to store payment and inventory transactions and cash handling as well as retail related access levels or user roles 

  • Support regional retail tech team and end users with advanced troubleshooting in D365

  • Collaborate with global teams on larger improvement topics and help to coordinate system changes if needed

  • Support testing of new functionality and version upgrades

Your Story

  • 3+ years Microsoft Dynamics for Commerce experience 

  • Experience in the following additional modules is a strong bonus

    • Inventory Management

    • Accounts payable

  • Proof of the following Microsoft certifications is a strong bonus

    • MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations

    • MB-340: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Functional Consultant

  • First hand retail experience is a strong bonus

  • Highly motivated, capable of working in a self-driven, entrepreneurial environment both within a team and individually

  • Excellent problem solving ability enjoys coming up with creative solutions in a fast-paced agile environment

  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written in collaboration with culturally diverse teams

  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage
