Description

We are looking for a Visualisation Artist to join our Industrial Design team. As a Visualisation Artist you will pay a central role in the highlighting of our different products.

 Visualisation Artist

 As a visualisation Artist, you will be responsible for producing stunning photo-realistic animations for Scott products for use in presentations and digital media, working for multiple product divisions. In addition, you will work with product managers and marketing teams to create technical and explanatory visual content to aid in the communication of Scott’s innovation, technology and design.

 Description/role:

  • Using Cinema4, Unreal Engine or similar animation software, output stunning animations for use in Scott Sports SA digital and web media.

  • The output of stylised animations for technical explanation and presentations.

  • Creation of textures, materials and environments.

  • File preparation and export.

  • Creating data for specific use in visualisation.

  • The post-production of images and Animation (Photoshop and After Effects)

 

The Ideal candidate can demonstrate:

  • Experience with animation in a design studio/environment.

  • Experience in working on dynamic animations for commercials and presentations.

  • Experience with Photoshop, After Effects and Illustrator.

  • Have a Bachelors/Master’s degree specialised in a relevant field of design.

  • A good eye for details, composition, lighting and generally good design judgement.

  • Experience with 3D modelling in Alias or poly-modelling software is a bonus.

  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver on demanding deadlines.

  • A good level of spoken and written English.
