Job Description

We are looking for a R&D Product Leader W/M to: 

  • From project framework and objectives, start the anticipation and development processes until the stage of product/material fabrication.  

You will work in close collaboration with our design, marketing, industrialization, purchasing, quality, project manager and pilot workshop teams.

You will report directly to the R&D Manager.

Main Activities:

Conceive technical, innovative, efficient, reliable and profitable solutions (check that new concepts, designs, components and materials can be industrialized)

  • Implement his/her propositions, ideas, in the form of CAO files or prototypes
  • Lead and steer work packages, with internal and / or external services, in UAEIP aspects (Use, Attraction, Economic, capacity to be Industrialized, Planning) through the project framework.
  • In the event of deviation away from the framework (quality, cost, deadline), alert and propose corrective solutions
  • Control prototypes and materials with the suppliers and validate them
  • Make or ensure that someone carries out the necessary assessments to qualify solutions
  • Prepare technical files necessary for the development stage
  • Follow developments, new technical possibilities of external subcontractors (when present in the field)
  • Participate in the process of ensuring the guarantee of intellectual property
  • Participate in group projects
  • Contribute to technological monitoring

 

 

Directement rattaché(e) au R&D Manager, notre futur(e) Chef de Produit R&D H/F, aura pour missions de :

  • A partir du cadre de projet et des objectifs, engager les processus d’anticipation et / ou de développement jusqu’à l’étape de mise en fabrication du produit/matériaux.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes siège WILSON, Marketing produit, R&D, industriel, service athlète et Testeur.

 

Activités principales :

Concevoir des solutions techniques, innovantes, performantes, fiables et rentables (vérifier que les nouveaux concepts, designs, composants et matériaux sont industrialisables)

  • Concrétiser ses propositions, idées, sous forme de fichiers CAO ou prototypes
  • Animer et piloter les lots de travaux, avec services internes et/ou externes, sous les aspects UAEIP (Usage, Attrait, Economique, Industrialisable, Marketing, Planning) au travers du cadre de projet
  • Alerter en cas de dérive par rapport à son cadrage (qualité, coût, délais) et proposer des solutions correctives
  • Contrôler les prototypes/matériaux avec les fournisseurs et les valider
  • Réaliser ou faire réaliser l’évaluation nécessaire à la qualification des solutions
  • Préparer les dossiers techniques nécessaires à la phase de développement
  • Suivre les évolutions, les nouvelles possibilités techniques chez les sous-traitants externes (lors de présence terrain)
  • Participer au process de garantie de la propriété industrielle
  • Participer aux groupes projets
  • Assurer la veille technologique

 

Qualifications

  • Needed Work Experience: 2 to 3 years of professional experience
  • Education: 3-5 year degree 
  • Foreign Language(s): Proficiency in English
  • IT Skills: command of Microsoft Office, command of CAO tools
  • Specific Skills: 
    • Knowledge of materials, knowledge of production techniques, good knowledge of product manufacturing, knowledge of engineering and industrialization
  • Other Specific Transversal Skills: 
    • Ability to plan and organize, ability to lead, autonomy
    • Available to travel for work

  • Expériences requises : 2 / 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle

  • Enseignement : Bac+3 à Bac+5

  • Langue(s) étrangère(s) : maîtrise d’anglais

  • Compétences informatiques : maîtrise du Pack Office, maîtrise des outils CAO

  • Compétences spécifiques :

    • Connaissance des matériaux, connaissance des techniques de production,  bonnes connaissances en construction / fabrication d’un produit, connaissances en ingénierie et industrialisation

  • Autres compétences transversales spécifiques : 

    • Capacité à planifier et organiser, capacité à animer, autonomie

    • Disponibilité pour déplacements
