Job Description

Reporting to the VP Digital marketing, this role is responsible to maximise the effectiveness of digital media, across all channels, to drive ecommerce sales as well as new customer acquisition and engagement.
This role sits within the Europe Digital Marketing, Growth & Engagement team and works closely with media agency, global communications, global digital innovation group, and local country teams. 

Essential Job Results

  • Performance: optimize digital media performance across all relevant channels (paid search, paid social, affiliates, etc.) to increase ROI. Leverage synergies across organic (e.g. SEO, email) and media channels.
  • Personalization: create the most relevant audiences leveraging 1st Party Data, lookalikes, and the full martech stack (e.g. CDP capabilities, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, advanced Analytics) making those audiences ready for activation
  • Testing: leverage channel performance data and industry developments to identify and execute tests, promoting a test & learn optimization culture.
  • Partnerships: strengthen the collaboration with digital media partners (e.g. Google, Meta, Affiliate networks, etc.)
  • Innovation: partner with local marketing teams and global teams to run special projects and pilots (e.g. new alfa/beta features, increase engagement for specific product categories)
  • Analytics: analyse cross-country and cross-channel KPIs, providing insights, and presenting findings to the wider organisation, collaborating with the analytics & insights team
  • Collaboration: foster collaboration, sharing of best-practices, cross-fertilisation of success stories and lessons learnt, across countries and regions



We are looking for an experienced digital media professional, with tangible experience gained preferably within the sportswear, fashion, or apparel industries, working within an international company or agency, managing multi-language websites, and with strong track record of results. 

You will bring a combination of analytical, media, and marketing skills.

Personal skills:

  • Solid proven experience to manage and optimize digital media campaigns, for performance and engagement objectives, with strong track record of results
  • Leadership/Self-starter attitude to set direction, engage & influence stakeholders as needed to “make things happen”.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to different technical set-ups and systems.
  • Demonstrated superior analytical and quantitative skills
  • Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work well with tight deadlines
  • Be a team player and manage change effectively. Good relationship building skills, ability to collaborate cross functionally and develop strong interpersonal working relationships


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economy or relevant field 
  • Fluent in English with solid writing and oral skills (German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, or other key European languages a plus)

Technical skills:

  • Expertise in digital & performance marketing (brand or agency), with at least 5 years of relevant experience in optimizing digital media with eCommerce, omnichannel, and engagement objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of the various marketing and media channels, including search, social, programmatic, and affiliates.
  • Solid hands-on knowledge of MarTech technologies including Google Marketing Platform (SA360, DV360, Campaign Manager), Meta, programmatic/DSPs, CDPs/DMPs, and use of automation & AI (e.g. smart bidding, smart shopping) to optimize ROI
  • Proficient in analyzing results, driving insights, and optimizing across different organic and media channels.
  • Good knowledge of attribution models and how to leverage to drive ROI and optimization
  • Experience working with multi-lingual, cross-country campaigns a plus
