Job Description
As a Customer Care Executive, you will support the activities associated with Skechers.co.uk and Skechers.ie whilst providing a high level of customer service to our e-commerce consumers. You will be the first point of contact and will respond to all consumer enquiries received through the website or telephone and will assist in the administration of faulty shoes claims for our wholesale operation.
Our Customer Care Executive main duties and responsibilities will consist of but not limited to:
- Overseeing all orders on the E-commerce system ensuring a high level of customer service
- Performing any refunds or exchanges in line with the company policies and procedures
- Monitoring and responding to all customer enquires
- Ensuring all enquires and complaints are dealt within a timely and professional manner whilst adhering to the company’s guidelines and policies
- Administrating faulty returns claims for our wholesale operation
- Escalating all issues effecting the websites ensuring necessary senior management are aware
- Assisting and implement regular site maintenance and updates as required
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all Skechers products
- Assisting with implementation and support any online marketing initiatives
- Carrying out ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as requested or assigned by the Customer Services Manager

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
