VF International is looking for an exceptional Digital Trading Intern to join our EMEA team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role
The Digital Trading Intern is responsible to support the Omni Operations Team in enabling brands to maximize digital merchandise opportunities by innovating tools & processes and upskilling the pre-season and in-season trading functions.
How You Will Make a Difference
You will achieve this by:

Supporting the optimization of digital 2P allocation & inventory management by automatizing and scaling recurring trading activities.

Supporting the collection & validation of 2P data (e.g sell-out from digital 2P partners).

Supporting the development of trading tools (such as replenishment tools & algorithmic pricing solution, recurring reporting) by collaborating with Business Intelligence, Digital Technology teams and Brands.

In collaboration with the Digital Trading Manger, providing analytical support and guidance to brands’ trading functions (replenishment, pricing, promotions, end of season stock management, trade reporting).

Collaborating with brands and digital 2P accounts to coordinate, maintain and leverage promotions & campaign calendars.

Being the reference point for ad hoc analysis and documents update when required by the business to drive discussions and decision making activities.
Skills for Success

Student status or having already graduated in 2022 is required.

Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

Excellent accuracy and attention to details.
-
Proficiency in all Microsoft office programs, and especially in Excel. Experience on other software or programming language will be a plus (Tableau, SQL).

Ability to multi task and meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Degree preferably in Business Management, Economics, Statistics or similar.

Language skills: fluent in English. Other languages will be a plus.
