Job Description
GENERAL PURPOSE
The Sales Associate ensures a five star customer service in Store.
He/she will master all Salomon products being able to understand customer needs and recommend the best options for each customer.
After a robust induction program and development modules he/she will be master all the standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandise and community marketing principles and most importantly he/she will be proficient in the Sales Techniques and all the Digital Tools available in store in order to provide an outstanding customer service.

Als Salomon-Mitarbeiter gewährleistest Du einen exzellenten Kundenservice im Verkaufsraum.
Du interessierst dich für die Innovationen und Technologien von Salomon-Produkten und bist in der Lage, die Bedürfnisse der Kunden zu verstehen und die besten Optionen zu empfehlen.
Nach einem zielgerichteten Onboarding beherrscht Du den täglichen Ablauf, die Warenpräsentation und kennst Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien, und was am wichtigsten ist, Du beherrscht die Verkaufstechniken und alle im Laden verfügbaren digitalen Tools, um einen hervorragenden Kundenservice zu bieten
Qualifications
PROFILE
- “Time to play spirit”, Someone who play with the rules to better enjoy them. Curious, playful and optimistic but focused, dedicated and passionate all the same.
- Previous experience in customer service
- Deep passion for the brand and his core sports
- Team player
- Loves interacting with customers
- Hands on approach with a strong will to learn
- Good communication skills
- Digital savvy loves social media interaction
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Customer Service experience with excellent customer service skills
- Strong command of local language and spoken English as a plus
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Amer Sports products or outdoor equipment and outerwear
- Participation or an interest in activities we make products for
- PC literate, able to manage & learn new systems
- Accuracy and attention to detail
LANGUAGES
Fluent german ; professional english.

IDEALERWEIS BRINGST DU AUSSERDEM KENNTNISSE, ERFAHRUNGEN & INTERESSE FÜR FOLGENDES MIT:
- Kenntnisse über Amer Sports Produkte oder Outdoor-Ausrüstung und -Bekleidung
- Fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift und kannst in Englisch kommunizieren
- Hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Interesse an Aktivitäten, für die wir Produkte herstellen
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Kassensystemen und PC-Kenntnisse
