On was born with one mission – to revolutionize running. To continue this journey, we are looking for a Global Sales Project Manager to shape and evolve our B2B business going-forward. This newly created role offers the opportunity to play an essential part in shaping the evolution of sales at On. You will be the centralized project manager and strategic arm that aligns and prioritises on key opportunities across the globe. 

The role will initially focus on ensuring a successful B2B pilot launch of our Cyclon program – our first circular subscription service for fully recyclable running shoes. Additionally, you will be equipped to start exploring new innovative opportunities to keep Sales moving.

Your Team:

You will be joining the Global Sales and Go-To-Market Enablement Team which is at the heart of how we do B2B Sales at On. We deliver the strategies, programs, data, tools, technology, processes, and training, our sales teams and partners need today and in the future.  

Your Mission:

  • Identify and support opportunities to improve how our Sales teams operate and work with our retail partners
  • Work with global and regional stakeholders to define a shared vision and roadmap
  • Lead new initiatives by creating business cases for opportunities that boost sales performance and/or enhance sales operations
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify actions plans and follow up with the execution starting off with pilot trials within the selected markets and partners 
  • Be an active participant in global and regional sales teams when it comes to setting priorities, providing progress reports, escalating risks/issues, defining KPIs, gathering feedback, and optimizing or calling off the projects
  • Guide the sales teams on how to implement and communicate with retail partners

Your Story:

  • You have experience in strategic and project management ideally within B2B sales, from the brandor retailer side
  • Your key strength is to manage projects, you enjoy being a self-starter and deliver throughout the full process. You are dedicated to over-delivering (y)our promises and a sense of WOW.
  • You are an enthusiastic team player, have strong communication skill and know how to work with stakeholders from various parts of the business, and are empathetic to the various needs/perspectives
  • You are comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment – handling multiple projects simultaneously, taking initiative and making quick, yet sound decisions with the information around you
  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written), all other languages are a plus
