We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to join our Campaigns team in Zurich, Berlin or London. You will support and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of global brand and product campaigns with the Global Marketing Lead. You will collaborate with different marketing teams on a daily basis to make sure information is up to date and accessible, tasks are executed, timelines kept and assets distributed in order to deliver next-level campaigns. We are looking for a new team member who is passionate about stakeholder management, has a strong marketing interest and who strives to move projects and processes forward in the best possible way.

Your Mission:

Support Marketing Leads in moving the campaigns forward in the most efficient and effective way.

Prioritise & coordinate between multiple projects simultaneously.

Co-own the individual campaign project plans, assign tasks and keep track of all processes that will bring your campaign to life (aligning copywriting, assets production, event execution, regional roll-out).

Resource-manage tasks related to your campaigns and keep track of team members' workload.

Always be on top of the latest information and be ready to answer questions from various stakeholders.

Be the guardian of the campaign timeline – plan realistically, push for deadlines, and communicate them loudly.

Keep track of needs and deliverables for the full marketing channel mix per campaign.

Keep track of the campaign budget.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, take notes and distribute and follow up on actions.

Depending on scope and content of a campaign and overall Marketing roadmap, support the Global Marketing Lead on talent scouting, influencer marketing, event/pop-up preparation and join photoshoots.
Your Story:

You've got 3 years' experience in project coordination at a creative advertising agency and have loved every minute of it.

Responsible, resilient and adaptable, you take pride in your ability to manage a wide range of projects while always delivering the WOW.

You know your way around 360° Marketing campaigns, but you're not an expert… yet.

You can identify the root cause of any problem and tackle it without wasting time or effort fixing the symptoms.

Your forte is building lasting relationships, a skill that comes in very handy when it comes to managing the expectations of a variety of stakeholders.

You can see the bigger picture, but you know it's the fine details that really matter.

Ability to work to tight timelines, push for deadlines, prioritise and find solutions in stressful times without losing the positive spirit.

Experience using Adobe applications, Office Suite and Asana.
