At a Glance:

We are looking for a Retail F&M Coordinator to join us at our APAC Headquarter Office in Shanghai, you will combine your facility management expertise with project management and a strong solution-driven spirit.  You will play a critical role in the global store maintenance strategy, while your blend between retail expertise, resources coordination, analytical mind, process management, creative thinking, and real estate technical knowledge will help drive On’s Retail Stores development in its global expansion. Together we will shape the environments, behavior and culture of the On community. 

Your Team:

As you might expect from a running brand with an emphasis on design and performance, the Retail Expansion Team is a fast-paced place to be. As Manager of this growing division of the department, you will be working on ambitious and innovative projects in the pipeline, shaping all its related processes. The team is looking for its next new star! 

Your Mission:

  • Deliver happiness to the users by providing the best environment, tools and communication
  • Collaborate with Store Design and Construction, Operations and all other stakeholders to have a 360 approach to all physical retail infrastructures at On 
  • Build, develop, lead and inspire the new F&M department 
  • Support the store fit-out process form lease negotiation to handover in order to create the correct basis for a well-managed maintenance of the retail space
  • Coordinating and ensuring all maintenance interventions in the stores (such as for a/v, electricity, heating and cooling systems, safety, security, cleaning, catering, health and safety) are reaching the highest quality standards
  • Spearhead and exemplify facility management best practices for social housing and support, technology, health and safety, sustainability, maintenance 
  • Develop and implement the facility processes and guidelines defining all strategic vision, objectives and tools
  • Create, manage and control maintenance budgets related to repairs, maintenance and Store renovations 
  • Manage and coordinate the selection of global consultants and vendors, contracting, and management of external service providers 
  • Support the Store Design and Construction Team with environmental, health and safety quality standards on construction projects  

Your Story:

  • 1 or more years of professional experience in facility management including solid experience in coordination, negotiation and procurement. Coming from a Retail environment, is a plus
  • Experience with the full lifecycle of a building, from lease to sustainability through to user satisfaction
  • Highly motivated, capable of working in a self-driven, entrepreneurial environment both within a team and individually
  • Excellent problem solver, enjoying coming up with creative solutions in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Great stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
