Dickies EMEA is looking for an exceptional Allocator to join our Trading team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role
You as DTC Allocator, will monitor day to day inventory levels in stores to ensure optimal stock levels, revenues and service levels. You will be the first point of contact for stores and support the team with ad-hoc analysis and reports.
How You Will Make a Difference

Analyze sales results by store daily.

Adjust target levels for replenishment or change assortment.

Execute transfers, optimize DC stock, monitoring out of stocks and fill size gaps.

Establish proper levels of product by store and distribute accordingly.

Complete size analysis to aid future buys.

Estimate replenishment quantities on weekly basis for DC Shipping Forecast.

Analyze business trends and communicate product needs to achieve budget.

Communicate availability, transfers & price changes to stores.

Prepare price promotion changes.

Update/create cross-functional reports and dashboards to analyze performances.
Skills for Success
You`re a methodical fast learner with logical thinking abilities, able to prioritize work and passionate about finding the best method to complete a given task.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or (equivalent) in related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience ideally in a multi-store retail environment.

Languages: Fluent English; additional language is a plus.

Ability to work accurately and efficiently.

Ability to respond and adapt quickly to changing business needs and requirements.

Detail-oriented with the ability to translate high-level direction to practical execution.

Must have strong Excel knowledge and ability to manage big data sets.

Experience with SAP FMS is a plus.
