The Role:

As the Payroll Specialist you will care for the monthly French payroll process, whilst and supporting the wider Deckers EMEA Payroll team as necessary. The role includes administering, checking, and ensuring legal compliance for France SAS.

Fluency in French and good level of English is essential for this role.

Your Impact:

  • Clear and concise submission of the France SAS monthly payroll
  • Administrate monthly, quarterly and annual 3rd party declarations/payments
  • Ensure all payroll processes are kept up to date and are compliant with national laws and regulations
  • Maintain Sickness (IJSS) declarations and refunds for France SAS employees
  • Maintain monthly and quarterly payroll accruals
  • Collaborate closely with with internal partners to ensure processing accuracy and data integrity
  • Responsible for the monthly uploads of money movement/Net payments
  • Ensure payroll processes are in line with SOX compliance
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Payroll team on internal projects
  • Ensure to adhere to all company policy and procedures and best practice
  • Work closely with the external payroll provider

We would Love to Hear from People with:

  • Previous experience with administrating the Payroll system for France
  • Experience working in a multi-currency organization is a plus
  • Oral and written fluency in both French and English is essential for this role.
  • Knowledge in EMEA payroll
