Your internship:
We are in business to save our home planet. You’ll be helping us achieve this by supporting our Learning & Development initiatives, helping to improve our overall employee experience and amplifying our unique culture
Your tasks:
• Support the Culture & Development Manager in organizing and developing Learning & Development initiatives, both in-person and online.
• Help improve the onboarding process by working on streamlining processes and communications.
• Develop bite-sized learning content for onboarding and other learning programs.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
• Help improve the overall employee experience by updating and structuring our People & Culture information in our employee ecosystem (intranet).
What we’re looking for:
• A love of the outdoors
• A passion for saving our home planet and making a positive impact through your internship
• Enrolled in University or higher education studies related to Human Resources, Psychology, Educational Sciences, Business Administration or similar for the duration of the internship
• Fluency in spoken and written English, other languages are a plus.
• Curiosity, analytical skills and a passion for learning.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and general ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
• Good communication skills, including effective listening and writing.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Other important details:
• This is a full time internship based in Amsterdam.
• We have a hybrid work model, working from home for maximum 3 days per week.
