At a Glance:
As an IT Procurement Specialist, you will be working cross functionally with different teams. From the IT team, to Finance as well as with our Legal department. You need to be very comfortable and skilled at sourcing across a broad scope of the business. You will be involved in IT projects as well as sourcing options for general IT hardware, softwares, and license fees.
Your Team:
We work closely as a global team to convert innovative product designs and prototypes into commercialised products, and bring them into the hands of customers. We are focused and data-driven, but are also action-oriented and able to multi-task, we establish and follow processes, but are also continuously challenging the status quo and “industry standard”.
Your Mission:

Manage buying channels, product catalogues and global purchasing for IT hardware, software and license fees.

Establish and maintain effective partnerships with key internal stakeholders aimed at identifying, understanding and fulfilling their procurement requirements for our IT Tech category.

Define cost saving opportunities, facilitate and lead sourcing projects and supplier negotiation and establish and develop supplier relationships.

Analyze our License fee environment and structure our global Tool landscape.

Proactively collaborate with business partners to lead and manage RFx processes and contract negotiations; identify key benchmarks to measure and monitor contractual arrangements and supplier performances.

Support the global IT team in optimizing buying processes, tracking product portfolio and handling capex spend.

Manage the ongoing performance of key suppliers including objective setting and supplier evaluations where needed.
Your Story:

2-3 years of strategic sourcing experience and demonstrated subject matter expertise within IT Procurement.

Bachelor`s Degree: Supply Chain, Finance, engineering, science or related field required

Super entrepreneurial, flexible and nimble, and are able to achieve a lot with limited resources

Experience managing change processes required

Expert negotiator in a global environment with previous experience managing License fees and software providers

Self-directed and able to work independently, but you also work well along others in a fast paced environment

Ability to manage a variety of internal and external stakeholder expectations and relationships required.
