Support the most exciting and fastest-growing global sports brand with their own retail store and wholesale doors. In this position, you will be among the first hires of the HQ Visual Merchandising Team.Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Visual Merchandising Planner with expertise in Project managing and data organisation skill, to help build and maintain our global VM Standard.You will be responsible for helping to enhance our brand aesthetic and create a memorable BrandExperience by collaborating and planning In-store and Window displays.

Your Team

We are a Trade Marketing team consisting of trade designers, producers, digital experts, rollout specialists and visual merchandisers covering topics related to our own retail and trade marketing at On. Our goal is to deliver a premium and innovative experience to our customers across the globe.

Your Mission

  • Report directly to HQ VM Lead.

  • Collaborate with Campaign Leads, Trade Designers and Retail/Sales team, on overall VM planning.

  • Collaborate with HQ Merchandisers, on Seasonal Products buying and Product delivery schedule.

  • Collaborate with Campaign teams, on Seasonal Products launch.

  • Manage Seasonal / Annual VM calendar, content include MKT asset availability, Campaign planning, Product launch, schedule of VM Support.

  • Build strong and efficient partnership with HQ Trade design team, contribute to building 360 consumer experience, via store zoning, with clear Campaign planning, Story-telling integration and VM.

  • Work closely with VM lead, and other relevant state holders, on generating KPI on Campaign launch inRetail, and product performance analysis .

  • Visit relevant markets to provide support in window / in-store VM implementation.

  •  Regularly research design inspiration in global culture, architecture, fashion, art, furniture and materials.Build and maintain an archive of visual and material inspirations.

Your Story

  • Strong fashion affinity and knowledge/awareness of the retail industry.

  • Ability to combine creative thinking with strategic planning and execution.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Interest to work in an international and diverse team and set up to work in interaction with various cultures.

  • Ability to manage and multi-task between projects and work streams.

  • Ability to be self-reliant and comfortable with decision-making.

  • University Graduate or above, preferably in Fashion Management, Marketing or other relevant subjects.

  • Minimum 4 years proven work experience as Visual Merchandiser or Project / Event Planner.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (in English), with direct reports and peers.

  • Must be proficient with all MAC / PC platforms, InDesign and PowerPoint. Excellent knowledge of Outlook and Excel.

  • Practical skills for supporting event installations.

  • Passion and interest in sustainability and circular business model initiatives.

  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail, passion and interest in art, design and fashion.

  • International event planner or project manager experience will be a plus.
