Job Description

We are looking for a SALES SUPPORT W/M to: 

  • Acting as organizational and administrative support for our Salomon Sales Team.

You will work in close collaboration with our Sales and Marketing departments.

You will report directly to the Market Manager

Main Activities:

  • Responsible for the whole sample handling & test equipment:
    • Support set-up showroom‘s 
    • Organization of sample shipment to our showroom’s & customers 
    • Preparation for selling samples & test equipment
  • Support Salomon HG Business:
    • National Key accounts HG 
    • Absolute Snow – Snow+Rock – Ellis Brigham
    • Order book + contract management
    • Collecting sell thru data.
    • Field Accounts HG
    • Defined Premium Partners
    • Order book management (pre-orders + re-order)
    • Support during HG trade shows – (i.e. Snowbaw, Slide + others)
    • Organization and preparation of product training for UK CS team


  • Support SG Business:
    • Support during HG trade shows
    • Support to consumer shows (i.e. Run Show, Salomon festival + others)
    • Sg sample sale during events
  • Support Market Manager HG & SG:
    • Organization of internal events and meetings
    • Administration of master price lists & offers 
  • Administrative Support for our GTM Marketing Team:
    • Processing and entry of promotion orders 
    • Order entry for athletes, trainers, cooperation partners



  • Needed Work Experience: open for young graduates, Project management
  • Education: University degree

  • Specific Skills: 
    • Strong motivational skill and trying to foresee how to best support the team
    • Excellent communication skills (speaking and writing)
    • Project management skill, good analytical & planning skills, well organized and can easily implement an execute tasks, projects
    • Can do attitude, entrepreneurial and energetic
    • Open-minded, team-oriented networker personality​​​​​​
  • Foreign Language(s): English fluent in writing and speaking.
  • IT Skills: Pack office, in particular very good Powerpoint and Excel skills.
