The Influencer Marketing Manager builds the On brand through strategic partnerships and influencer marketing. They manage culturally relevant partners and influencers from diverse industries and backgrounds to ensure that On is a well known, respected and sought-after brand. A key component of their role is reporting on the impact of influencers and partner programs, developing actionable takeaways that inform the larger content ecosystem.

Your Mission:
- Analyze landscape, identify trends, and acquire target group specific influencers
- Identify and vet new and up-and-coming influencers for current and future programs
- Work with local markets to build their influencer lists
- Assist in concepting content initiatives for influencers
- Develop relationships with influencers across various social platforms
- Manage negotiations and contract implementation
- Partner with copy, digital, and sales to align on product information, key messaging, launch dates and inventory
- Write talent / community briefs and distribute products
- Brief the Social-HD team
- Run influencer campaigns end-to-end
- Deliver campaign performance reporting
- Provide biweekly highlight updates
- Develop learnings for future influencer campaign
Your Story:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities with discretion
- Previous influencer marketing campaign management experience is a plus
- Knowledgeable of all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube)
- Stay up-to-date on latest cultural trends and innovations in the social realm
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to juggle scope and resources to meet deadlines consistently
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Passionate about Social Media, Influencer Marketing, with an emphasis on multicultural marketing
- Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with internal pods
- Knowledge of music, culture, fashion, sports, and gaming is a huge plus
- Has existing relationships with digital influencers
- Must be able to travel locally and domestically up to 25%
