We are recruiting for a Service Centre Coordinator to positively represent the brands of Rab and Lowe Alpine through Rab® Service Centre.  Working with the Service Centre team, to deliver a class leading retailer (B2B) and end consumer (B2C) customer experience.

Key responsibilities of Service Centre Coordinator (including but not limited to):

  • To effectively communicate on Warranty and Service Repair/Washes to both B2B and B2C customers via our ticketing system (Zendesk), email and telephone
  • To administer and coordinate product returns (exchange, repair, refund) to both B2B and B2C customers
  • To reply to customer enquiries and meet expected average satisfaction rating for the department, within expected KPI
  • To administer Rab Rental, booking rental items in and out of Service Centre and tracking outstanding orders
  • Represent the company in a positive way, promoting our brands, products and services

To join us as Service Centre Coordinator you must have:

Essential:

  • Previous experience working in a similar after sales role
  • Be customer focused, always looking to go above and beyond to offer a positive resolution
  • A passion for the outdoors, with first-hand experience of using outdoor clothing and equipment in a variety of conditions
  • High level of attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as use own initiative

Desirable:

  • Experience of using Zendesk
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
