Our Talent team is expanding with the growth of On and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join us in this journey as a Learning Partner Specialist. You will draw on your experience with partnering and building strong cross functional relationships to create innovative learning programs that support all of our teams to perform at their best. We are looking for someone who has passion for learning and has had success at delivering creative development frameworks, and leadership programs.

This role is part of our Engagement & Growth function with the main mission to provide powerful programs, that are aligned to On’s entrepreneurial culture, to support our team in their development journey with On.
Your Mission:
- To be a partner to teams across ON and maintain close relationships with key cross-functional leaders, and partners to co-create cohesive learning and development programs and initiatives connected to our business objectives
- You will be creative and imaginative when it comes to developing programs with out spirits and culture entwined, you will bring idea’s from all areas of On and help our teams to ignite their entrepreneurial mindset
- You will take our flagship program ‘The School of Leaders’ to the next level, you will evolve it based on the business impact you see today, performance data, feedback, and our future business goals all with the aim to create the next generation of leaders at On
- You’ll foster knowledge sharing and best practices across team members, and develop creative methods for peer to peer learning and development across On
- To facilitate highly engaging learning and development conversations, sessions, and workshops
- You will create and implement an evaluation strategy in order to track and report on key performance indicators (KPI’s), as a result of the learning and development program implementation
- You will incorporate ongoing program feedback and manage further program updates and innovations.
Your Story:
- You love developing individuals, teams and organisation and have a passion for creative learning
- 5+ years of experience in a L&D or talent development role
- You have the entrepreneurial mindset to create an innovate program from scratch
- You seek to solve problems creatively
- You have excellent project management skills. You are resourceful, nimble and can achieve a lot with little
- You work cross-functionally across the organization, you offer your support and share knowledge
- You drive for results and are self-motivated. Your look for opportunities to surprise and create an exceptional work environment
- You learn rapidly and eagerly and support others around you on doing so
- Flexibility to travel to our different store locations (currently US and China)
