Atomic is one of the leading manufacturers of wintersports equipment and part of the Amer Sports Corporation. To expand and strengthen our Regional Finance Team we are seeking at the earliest possible date:

BUSINESS CONTROLLER (M/F/D)

In this position you will act as a sparring partner to Market and Key Account Managers, and play a key role in shaping sales controlling function within EMEA region. Among your tasks will be the further development of sales performance metrics, customer profitability models, revenue management. Together with Finance and Sales Managers you will drive region towards new business model and support transformation by ensuring transparency of trade investments and deep understanding of markets and channels performance.

KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Sparring partner to Key Account and Market Managers for finance and sales related topics

• Define and further develop trade investments policy and sales strategies together with Regional Management

• Process owner and coordinator of Sales and Trade Discounts Planning and reporting cycles for OMNI Channel

• Further development and definition of sales metrics, KPIs and KPDs for Wholesale and Retail business

• Driving business cases around new Brand Stores

• Monthly closing routines, reconciliations, and submission of reports along with supporting analysis

YOUR PROFILE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales Controlling

• Helicopter view on sales topics

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Proficient in MS Office, Advanced Excel and SAP Skills; PowerBI, Qlik, Analyze for Office or other BI skills are beneficial

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Team player with a pro-active and collaborative working style

• Business-fluent English skills required, additional German skills preferred

Compensation for this position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the wood processing industry. Depending on your personal qualifications and vocational experience, we offer an appropriate payment in excess thereof for this highly responsible activity and opportunities for
