Icebreaker is looking for an exceptional Demand and Supply Planner EMEA (9 months temporary contract) to join our Operations Department team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

 Let’s Talk about the Role

You as Demand and Supply Planner will be responsible for building accurate buy forecast, planning purchases ensuring product availability, minimizing inventory exposure.

How You Will Make a Difference

You will achieve this by:

  • Analysing sales history, sales/market input and current orderbook to build an accurate buy forecast.
  • Sharing buy information with global planning teams and all sourcing offices.
  • Monitoring and tracking sales orders coverage
  • Collaborating with sales teams to maximise business opportunities
  • Analysing on time performance and inventory level
  • Monitoring main Supply Chain KPIs

Skills for Success

You should be an open-minded person with the ability to work under pressure in order to achieve our main KPIs, with:

  • The ability to work in a team
  • The capability to work with numbers and to analyse data
  • An expertise in Excel, SAP and Cognos

A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
