Marketing Lead BeNe

We are looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and dynamic marketer to lead the marketing agenda in Belgium and Netherlands (BeNe). You will work very closely with the BeNe Sales Team and Head of Marketing Western Europe to craft and deliver the local brand and marketing plan whilst aligning to Global/Regional strategy. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work for a dynamic and leading performance brand – helping build brand awareness and drive growth across the region. Flexible working between studio and home.

Your Mission:

• Develop the 3-year strategic market plan for BeNe with the country Sales Director.

• Lead and develop a wider BeNe team alongside Sales Director with clear vision and purpose – championing the On Spirits and driving the team culture.

• Ensure On’s brand and story are consistently communicated across all channels and aligned with internal Marketing strategies.

• Plan and manage the local marketing budget and track ROI.

• Manage the BeNe Go-To-Market road map – delivering Global launch campaigns to meet local market needs and deliver the WOW moments.

• Build and deliver Key Account and Vertical Champion trade marketing plans alongside the Sales Team.

• Increase brand visibility with key retail partners – elevating omnichannel consumer experience, delivering best in class on and off-line executions.

• Work closely with HQ and agencies / external partners to build a strong network in PR, influencers, and ambassadors.

• Extensive travel within BeNe at times. Flexible working between home and studio – with an expectation to be in the studio on a weekly basis with BeNe team.

Your Story:

• 5+ years of multi-channel dynamic marketing experience with a proven record of brand building.

• Strategic mindset accompanying an innovative and creative personality with strong business acumen.

• You are hands-on, you make things happen and you are able to deliver end to end.

• Understanding of brand storytelling and how to bring this to life.

• Project management experience – Responsible, resilient and adaptable, you take pride in your ability to manage a wide range of projects while always delivering the WOW.

• A proven track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical-thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations.

• You like things to run smoothly – and with your organizational skills, they always do. Totally focused, you manage your priorities like a pro.

• Exceptional written, negotiation, and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees, clients, and vendors. Open-minded, respectful, and a great listener, you’re a master at expressing yourself – both verbally and through the written word.

• Native Dutch speaker, fluent in English.
