At a Glance:

We are looking for a Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Specialist to support the execution of On’s capital market activities. Based in our Zurich office, you will work closely with local and global teams to support our financing, business planning and investor relations efforts. We are excited to offer this role to a passionate, hands-on and open-minded team player who would like to help shape Corporate Finance and Investor Relations at this early stage of our public company journey.

 

Your Team:

The Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Team is in charge of On’s overall capital market strategy, which includes equity and debt financing, business planning, public market communication and managing shareholder relations. We work closely with On’s Top Management to develop and spread our financing strategy as well as overall story and key strategic priorities. The Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Team brings an entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset combined with strong analytical and hands-on execution skills. 

 

Your Mission:

  • Plan and develop On’s capital market strategy for the next growth horizons
  • Support the quarterly earnings process, including preparation of key investor-facing documentation and development of public market storyline
  • Identify key strategic growth and capital market opportunities
  • Drive the ongoing investor engagement and build trusted relationships with buy- and sell-side analysts
  • Analyse consensus estimates versus internal business planning to derive financial guidance strategy
  • Screen and monitor competitor and peer activities and financial releases, delivering actionable insights to the Management team
  • Support On’s Top Management on various internal and external strategic alignments (e.g. prepare Board of Director meetings or annual shareholder meetings)

 

Your Story:

A CV that is characterized by determination and passion. Additionally, you will have experience and knowledge in the following:

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, management consulting or similar role
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  • Experience in the sporting goods or consumer industry is a plus
  • Understanding of complex corporate finance and accounting concepts and experience in analysing and valuing (public) companies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships across all organisational levels
  • The ability to work independently and to juggle multiple tasks in parallel
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Power Point and Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders in English
