You will work closely with our Marketing Operation, Campaign and Project Management team.

Your Team:

We’re the friends who show you where to find city adventures, the run crew captain who won’t let you slow into the finish, the trail runner who pushes you to the summit to soak up the sunrise. We love getting to know our community and finding out what they want and need. We’re always looking for new, interesting ways to communicate our products – so if you have an idea that could be our new secret weapon, speak up and run with it (literally)!

We’re big thinkers and change-makers, constantly reinventing how we do things – questioning the status quo and finding new ideas to try as inspiration strikes us.

Your Mission:

  • Be the first point of contact for marketing requests and also act as the marketing information desk for anything questions coming to the Studio.

  • Keep a structured approach to how we assign tasks and projects to the teams.

  • Be proactive when it comes to aligning between teams and projects.

  • Be the go-to marketing person for invoices, payments and tracking of monthly accruals.

  • Manage our pool of 50+ freelancers (contracts, invoices, be the main point of contact).

  • Keep a positive spirit and nothing is impossible mindset in the overall team.

Your Story:

  • You’ve got at least 3 years’ experience in project management as well as studio traffic management and have loved every minute of it.

  • Responsible, resilient and adaptable, you take pride in your ability to manage a wide range of projects while always delivering the WOW.

  • You like things to run smoothly – and with your organizational skills, they always do.

  • Totally focused, you manage your priorities like a pro.

  • Saying you’re passionate about design would be a massive understatement – you ideally bring experience working in a creative agency.

  • Open minded, respectful and a great listener, you’re a master at expressing yourself – both verbally and through the written word.

  • You believe every problem is solvable, and let creativity mixed with pragmatism lead you to the solution.

  • Truly business savvy, you’re quick to understand and navigate both risks and opportunities – ability to define goals and assign resources.

  • An up to date black book of great freelancers is a bonus.
