As Operation Lead Accessories, you are responsible for setting up a supplier base for hard & soft accessories globally for On. As an important member of Supply Chain team, you will be based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh with frequent travel within Asia & Europe.

Your Team:

We Supply Chain manage the sourcing, forecasting and planning, production, shipping, and distribution of On products.

Your Mission:

• Establish & manage supplier base for Soft & Hard Accessories
• Monitor & regulate operational topics like capacity planning, on time development, quality and cost, aligned with On’s requirements.
• Work closely with Development teams in Zurich to ensure buy ready timelines are met
• Work closely with all T1 & T2 on sustainability standards.
• Live and share our commitment to sustainability and quality and drive initiatives that set On apart from all other brands

Your Story:

• Professional degree in Textile or manufacturing
• You should have min 8-10 years of relevant experience in Accessories sourcing, preferably with 4 years in a manufacturing establishment
• Strong analytical and data management skills. Strong knowledge of manufacturing & quality
• Basic knowhow of  the product development process & its requirements
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• An entrepreneurial and open mindset, an eagerness for differentiation and a natural push for excellence
• Able to balance creativity with organization and discipline in a fast-paced environment
