The world’s fastest-growing sports brand is seeking a marketing specialist dedicated to our performance running retailers. Based in Berlin, with frequent travel to our Zürich office, you will serve as the key retail partner in running, bringing our performance running stories and products to the forefront of run speciality across Germany. You will own the complete marketing planning and execution for the German performance running doors and be a key element to On’s “Pacer Program” (our run specialty retailer loyalty program). You work with the German Marketing and Sales Team everyday, and you ensure the seamless executions of all regionally planned retail and trade initiatives.

Your Mission:

Your mission is to drive brand awareness and adoption with Germany’s most influential running speciality retailers by creating impactful initiatives designed to root On’s Performance Running DNA. You will elevate On’s performance brand perception and collaboratively drive innovation in the running category with Germany’s top running retailers!

You will roll out our newly founded pacer program: POS (offline/online), staff, incentive program, events etc.

You will be the go-to person for all running marketing topics and act as the interface between our retail partners and various internal departments at On (i.e. R&D, sales, global trade marketing, global campaigns, events).

You will own the retail consumer journey, GTM roadmap, and develop impactful brand experiences in the offline and online.

You will strengthen and support seasonal sell-in meetings with strong performance storytelling and deliver honed retailer-specific marketing pitches.

You will ensure that everything we do takes the customer-centric lens, you are forward-looking and leverage consumer insights.
Your Story:

You bring 2-3 years experience in retail activation, brand positioning, and events.

You are familiar with the running retail industry and understand the challenges, opportunities and needs (multi-channel approach).

You have considerable experience with and knowledge of digital activations in retail.

You are a self-starter, solution-oriented and have an organized working style that enables you to deliver and execute numerous projects at once in a fast-paced environment.

You are design orientated, creative, and have an understanding of what it means to build a brand.

You understand the holistic business impact of your contributions, able to understand the “bigger picture”.

You succeed in written and verbal communication and cooperation with many internal stakeholders and customers.

German native skills is a must, fluency in English.
