Your Mission:

  • Develop On’s technical vision and strategy for the North American region in order to enable our teams to scale our business 
  • Coordinate, plan and scale the team of IT Support Engineers, integration managers, IT Administrators and Specialists
  • Focus on efficiency and streamlining existing processes, automation and simplification of operations, enabling us to stay on the hyper-growth track
  • Together with the Heads of Operations and Finance, you will guide the overall business, creating a working culture of appreciation and fellowship which follows our spirits
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership and enable your teams to take the right decisions and to quickly develop innovative solutions
  • With your knowledge, you will promote the technical improvement of our systems and guide the teams towards the best possible architecture
  • Consistently utilize your problem solving mindset with your sleeves rolled up and analyze incidents quickly whilst always focusing on the solution
  • Closely collaborate with the Global IT and Technology Teams who provide the technical framework and platforms
  • Other duties as needed

Your Story:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or alternative qualification/experience with a focus on Technology, Project Management, Software Engineering, or a relevant field 
  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in technical project management, including extensive disciplinary leadership and development of 10+ people
  • Industry experience preferred within apparel and fashion, retail, consumer goods, supply chain or similar relevant industry
  • Demonstrated success as an IT leader, building teams and developing agile processes
  • Extensive systems experience: E-commerce technologies, ERP , Frontend, CRM,  BI, EDI, WMS
  • Experience working in a omni-channel consumer products organization with customer service teams and a huge B2B sales organization
  • Network administration (work with vendors who set up wifi, access points, network topography, network infrastructure, network-workplace security/ firewalls: VPNs) and troubleshooting experience
  • Passionate to learn and adopt new technologies, learn new trends, stay on top of collaboration tools in technology 
  • Dedication to service and quality and you are a team player with IT, Vendors, internal and external stakeholders, facility managers (now hiring non technical facility managers)
