As an Innovative Customer Solution representative, your number one job is to ensure our ICS dealers & On partners affiliated with our retail stores are Happy! You will be the first point of contact for our ICS dealers and On store leaders. You will be responsible for order management, inventory management, sell through data, returns and invoicing. With your experience in the sporting goods industry, you will bring the necessary expertise to On’s consignment business and retail store operations. Part of your role will also serve as the customer centric liaison between the On retail store management and our backend operational processes as it relates to standard operational practices. You will work with a core team at our North American HQ in Portland, Oregon and interact daily with our ICS and On retail stakeholders.
Your Mission:
- Successfully manage our North American consignment accounts as it relates to order management, weekly or bi-weekly replenishments, communication with the sales reps and the transfer of inventory between On’s internal stock locations
- Oversee the internal account administration of our consignment account’s sell through data and monthly invoicing procedures
- Direct the internal account administration of our consignment account’s quarterly / end of season return process while ensuring all inventory is reconciled and accounted for in the relevant stock locations
- Run and manage the inventory pairs as it relates to the consignment accounts On-hand product vs what we are shipping. Develop and align on stock ratio KPI’s such as for every shoe sold there should be +3 on hand
- Responsible for daily account management of On’s retail stores orders, returns and warranties while ensuring the retail POS data is accurately captured in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Work closely with the On retail leadership & logistics team to ensure our stores have the right product, in the right place at the right time
- Become On’s subject matter expert as it relates to the Transfer Order process
- Other duties as needed
